The Supply Manager/Health Information Coordinator will administrate environmental policies and procedures to sustain expected standards.   The Supply Manager/Health Information Coordinator is responsible for management of medical record functions for U.E.C. (Kentwood/Westwood/Amara).  Assumes responsibility for the quality and availability of health information to authorized users whether for patient care or for payment sources.  Keeps medical records thinned as necessary and organized for easy access on nursing units.  Participates in quality assurance activities to assure meeting standards of record completion as outlined by CMS, DHR and facility policy.   Accountability is monitored through performance evaluation, having an adequate quantity of supplies in the facility, having complete records of utilization of supplies, medical record management and comments from employees, resident and guests.
